Open Gym - is offered

Saturdays 12noon - 2pm

Gymnasts can come in and have an Open Workout for a fee of $17.00 for two hours. Certified Instructors oversee the entire workout and can help with spotting and critiquing the gymnasts' skills. It's a great and cost-effective way to get in an extra practice to perfect your skills or just have fun!
